CATCHALL CREATIVES "CONTRACT"

I will inform whomever is inquiring about commissioned artwork or purchasing a piece what the expectations will be going forward.  To ensure cohesiveness, the expectations are listed below:

  1. Timeline: Depending on the official start date of the project and/or purchase, you should have your purchased art piece, print, and/or commission within, or in, 3-4 weeks.  Depending on the request, you could have your piece earlier than expected.  Estimated due date of the project is dependent on when the deposit is paid.

  2. Deposit: There is a required 20% deposit prior to the beginning of the project.  The day that the deposit is paid is the official project start date.  The deposit goes towards the final balance.  If you are purchasing artwork from Catchall Creatives, there is no deposit - only the amount listed on the site + shipping costs.

  3. Framing:  This framing add on price may vary depending on the size of the project. Please read below in the "Add-on Fees" section.

  4. Form of Payment:  This will be discussed and determined via email.  Along with the pricing details, I will also let you know what form the payment can be made in.  

  5. Shipping:  Once the project is complete, I will reach out to you with the final balance.  This final balance will include the shipping and framing (if applicable) costs.  Once the final balance is paid is when the product will ship.  Shipping normally costs about $20 (just to give an idea of what that additional charge may look like), but also varies based on distance of shipment, size and weight of product being shipped, and packaging costs.  If this is a direct purchase from Catchall Creatives, then the shipping add on cost will be determined after the shipping address is provided by the buyer.  Depending on how much shipping costs, that add on will be communicated to the buyer along with the total final balance - once that final balance is paid in full is when the shipping process will start.  For both commissions and purchases, shipping will occur within 3-4 business days from the day the final balance is paid in full.  I'll reach out to the buyer once the package is shipped and will provide a tracking number if I am able to.  

ADD-ON FEES

Add-on fees vary for products and projects/commissions.  Please read below, and if you have more questions, email me at catchallcreatives@gmail.com.

Framing:  This add-on fee can vary depending on the size of the project.  

Shipping:  Shipping is included for some pieces, however, depending on the distance of shipment, the add-on fee for shipping may increase.  For items where shipping is not included (commissions and select listed product), after the shipping address is provided I'll be able to estimate the shipping cost and communicate the final balance.  This add-on fee typically ranges between $15-20.  However, it could be lower or higher depending on things such as: distance, size of product, packaging materials, and weight.

  • Shipping artwork needs to be handled with care.  With this in mind, I aim to package each art piece with the upmost care in mind.  This is why add-on fees for shipping vary.  Depending on the work of art, the packaging may require extra attention so that your purchase can get to you as expected.
